What this website is for

This site describes the services Pro Fixit offers and gives you ways to get in touch. It is an information and enquiry site.

Sending an enquiry does not book anything

Choosing a service and sending your details starts a conversation. It does not book a job, reserve a time, confirm that anyone will attend, or create a contract.

Pro Fixit reviews each enquiry and comes back to you. A job is only booked when Pro Fixit confirms it with you directly. The same applies to emergency call-outs: enquiries are accepted around the clock, but attendance depends on location, availability and confirmation.

Prices and quotations

No price on this site is an offer or a quotation. Construction and renovation work is quoted after the job has been looked at, because it cannot be priced honestly from a description. Any quotation you are given is set out separately and has its own terms.

Accuracy

Pro Fixit aims to keep this site accurate and current, but the descriptions here are general. What is right for your property depends on your property, and nothing on this site is a substitute for advice about a specific job. Coverage, availability and the scope of a service can change.

Photographs and content

The photographs on this site are Pro Fixit’s own, taken on its own jobs, and carry the Pro Fixit mark. Those photographs, the written content, the logo and the design of this site belong to Pro Fixit and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Where a page shows a commissioned illustration rather than a photograph, that is stated on the page.

Links to other services

The WhatsApp and email actions on this site hand your message to a service Pro Fixit does not run. Those services have their own terms and their own privacy practices, and Pro Fixit is not responsible for them.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. Pro Fixit does not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and is not liable for loss caused by relying on general information here rather than asking about your specific job.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
